"I only have good things to say about our car hire experience :-) Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. I must admit that my husband was a little dubious about the whole thing...so many scams going around...and was hesitant to pay up front without seeing an 'official' rental contract.

Apart from not getting detailed information about where exactly to pick the car up, I've nothing detrimental to say. I particularly appreciated your intervention / immediate help when it came to resolving the afore-mentioned issue - thank you! "The car was nicer than what we expected .....that is something very very appreciated from a client.

The version cooper, the equipment and the color were very nice.

The only that I would have appreciated more would have been the automatic gearbox ....because for people that normally drives on the left side the manual gear is most difficult thing to do when you drive in UK.

Anyway I was so happy of the car that I was thinking to buy a car exacly like that one here in Italy (where there is even more sun :) )"

"The car was perfect. We loved the Mini Cooper S, it's a very nice little car which is great for the curvy roads on the islands (although you have to take care a bit regarding the ground clearance, since some single roads are in a quite bad condition).

We had a good experience with your company. It was the first time we've rented a car and I think we'll do it again.

The only thing which was a bit time consuming was that we had to wait approximately 1 - 1.5 hours

Before someone came and we could give the car back and leave. Although, we also arrived earlier than expected (in the middle of the afternoon).

"The service was wonderful from pick-up to drop-off. Zero hassles. Although we didn't get the exact car we wanted, we came up with some alternative plans which still guaranteed a wonderful rental car for my holiday. The price was equal to, if not better than, standard rental car companies. I was worried about the max mileage as I rarely see that with rental companies anymore, but doing a little math for our trip showed that it wasn't going to be an issue at all. If I ever travel to Edinburgh again, and I'm sure I will, I'll definitely hire a car through your company."

"We enjoyed the Mini Cooper very much! It was a bit difficult knowing whether we were communicating with Steven or Graeme, but all our communications were friendly and helpful.

Although we weren't aware of it, we did some damage to the Mini when we hit a curb on a round-about. With your narrow country roads with nearly no shoulder, it's no wonder that Scotland produces some of the best race car drivers anywhere! I believe that Steven and Graeme were both very fair, even generous, when estimating related costs, and they've been helpful since, forwarding reports needed for us to file an insurance claim here.

"The rental was FABULOUS! It was such a gorgeous car to drive though in retrospect, not the best for the NC500 due to its hard suspension. We never opened up the throttle. In fact, we were overtaken once by an original John Cooper Works! It flew past ...

Guess what? We've just bought a brand new Mini Countryman diesel. We pick it up this week from the Brisbane Mini dealership!!!

"We loved the car! We had amazing weather so the Mini convertible was a lot of fun to drive.

Costs were on the low side. We really appreciated the fact that we could rent the car on my name with my girlfriend's credit card. Every other rental company told us that we weren't able to rent the car because of this.

Also the fact of being able to pick up the car later than planned helped us out because our flight had a 1 hour and 30 minutes delay.

We will definitely book again next time we come to travel Scotland!

"We had an excellent experience and could not fault either the service, quality nor vehicle. Our trip went off without a hitch and a great deal of it was due to the excellent car we had scooting us around the Highlands.

Graeme was very helpful in the lead up and the service was professional and uncomplicated. Steven (I think is his name, who works over the weekend) who assisted us on the Sunday when we picked up the car was courteous and efficient and gave us great tips for driving around the Highlands and pointing out key features of the Mini Countryman we hired. I cannot give him enough praise for the high level of customer service he showed us. We would appreciate if you could pass our thanks.

The car itself was a dream to drive - zippy and small enough to drive around the Highlands while being large enough to fit 3 of us and all our luggage. The car was spacious, comfortable, and drove like a dream. We tend to go on a lot of driving holidays through Europe and the UK and so have used many car rental companies. While we were happy to pay a little more for a "nice" car, we found the price extremely reasonable and the service impeccable. Pick up and drop off was seamless and convenient.

"In a convertible mini during, unfortunately, quite a rainy week we did manage to get the roof down once driving along the shores of Loch Fyne which was probably the highlight of the trip!
